On every level we look to continuously improve our processes.
The Japanese word, KAI (Change) and ZEN (Better) indicate the philosophy of continuous improvement, not only applied to the product, but to all company processes (business/marketing, purchasing, planning, production, quality, logistics, after-sales).
Only by “measuring” each single process are we able to propose improvements. This is a challenge that allows us to not only compete with our competitors, but first of all, with ourselves.
